processing
of personal
data
The short version: we read your public HeadHunter profile — the same one any employer sees on hh — match it against a project and send you a breakdown. We obtain nothing beyond what you published yourself. You can remove yourself in a single action.
§ 01 — exactly what data we have § 05 — what this document does not specify yet
What data we have about you
What the register contains depends on how you reached us. Switch the scenario and the rows are recalculated: on the left you see what exactly is stored, on the right where it came from and what it is for.

4 · scenario we found you on hh
- 01
Your public HeadHunter CV
from hhwhere it came from
You published it yourself. We read the same thing any employer sees on hh.
the open part of the profile — hh does not give us the closed fields
what it is for
To match it against the project requirements — those same 20+.
- 02
A link to your hh CV
from hhwhere it came from
The address of that same open CV — hh.ru/resume/…
an example address, not yours
what it is for
Your response is sent through it: the public site has no response form of its own with a CV upload.
- 01
A link to your hh CV or a file
you provided it yourselfwhere it came from
The first field of the form “find me a project”.
what it is for
The same way into automated search, only without an email from us.
- 02
Contact
you provided it yourselfwhere it came from
The second field of the same form — you choose how to be contacted.
what it is for
So we can send an invitation once a project matches.
- 03
The result of matching against the project
computed on our sidewhere it came from
It does not come from you: these are the “matched / not verified” marks across 20+ requirements, placed by automated matching.
the 20+ requirements themselves are not listed by the source — on the public site they are shown as an example
what it is for
To assemble the “why we contacted you specifically” breakdown — without it the email would be spam.
- 04
The fact of the invitation and your answer
correspondencewhere it came from
It appears at the moment we wrote to you and you either answered or stayed silent.
what it is for
To open your match page for you and to stop the emails if you opted out.
the register shows the composition of the data, not its values — there are no values in the prototype
What happens to this data
Exactly four steps, and all of them are visible to you. Not one of them requires you to register.
- step 01
Matching
Automated matching checks your public HeadHunter profile against the project requirements — there are 20+ of them. Matching like that cannot be done by eye, which is why a machine does it.
- step 02
The breakdown
The matching marks are assembled into personal match page with the “why we contacted you specifically” breakdown.
- step 03
Invitation
An email goes out only once a match has already occurred, and it leads to your match page. This document does not record the text of the email.
the contents of the email are not set by the source
- step 04
Your answer
If you reply, your response is sent as a link to your hh resume, no registration needed. If you stay silent, that is the end of it.
The boundaries of the public site
- what we read
- Only the open part of your HeadHunter profile. We have nothing beyond what you published there — and nowhere to get it from.
- what is not here
- The public site has no response form of its own with a CV upload: your response is sent as a link to your hh CV, and that is enough.
- visibility on hh
- You change how open your CV is in the same place you published it — on the hh side. Cold sourcing cannot see a closed CV.
- where the rest lives
- The platform does have a vacancy catalogue and an account area; the account area is in the imatching project. The public site is the home page and the personal match page; the platform screens live separately from it.
one action
stop writing to me
Opting out requires no explanations, no correspondence and no registration: it stops the emails from us. Everything else is on the unsubscribe page.
and if your question is a different one
01 Why did you contact me at all 02 Is this spam? Do I need to register? 03 How automated matching against 20+ requirements works 04 The other way around: find me a projectFields that are not filled in yet
This prototype does not invent legal values. Everything the source does not record is left blank — and it is visible exactly what has to be filled in before publication.
- The operator and its details
- to be filled in
the source names the product and the public site but gives no details of the operator
- Legal basis
- to be filled in
the mechanics are described by the source, the legal qualification of the processing is not
- Retention period
- to be filled in
- Transfer to third parties
- to be filled in
of external systems the source names only HeadHunter; the transfer procedure is not described
- Procedure for answering a request
- to be filled in
unsubscribing is in the source; the procedure for answering other requests is not
- Revision and date of the document
- to be filled in
the revision date is set by the document owner at publication
Until the blank is filled in, the document answers the single question that actually matters to an invited specialist: where we got their data — and how to remove it.
